1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of T-shirts do you offer?
We offer cotton, cotton-blend, and performance fabric T-shirts – crew neck, V-neck, and graphic prints. Sizes: XS-XXL.

5. What types of jeans do you offer?
We offer denim jeans in various fits (skinny, straight, bootcut, relaxed) and washes (light, medium, dark, black). Sizes: 0-16 (women) and 28-40 (men). Size charts provided.

6. What types of sports shoes do you offer?
We offer running shoes, training shoes, walking shoes, and casual sneakers – in men's and women's sizes (US 5-13). Breathable mesh, cushioned soles, and slip-resistant outsoles.

7. How do I find my size?
We provide detailed size charts on each product page. For T-shirts and jeans, measure chest, waist, hips, and inseam. For shoes, measure foot length (in inches or cm) and refer to size conversion chart.

8. How do I care for my T-shirt and jeans?

  • T-shirts: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle; tumble dry low; do not bleach.

  • Jeans: Machine wash cold inside out; tumble dry low or line dry; avoid fabric softener; wash separately first few times to prevent dye transfer.

9. How do I care for my sports shoes?

  • Remove laces and insoles; hand wash with mild soap and water.

  • Air dry away from direct heat/sunlight. Do not machine wash or dry.

  • Clean outsoles with soft brush.

10. Are your products compliant with U.S. regulations?
Yes. All products comply with:

  • 16 CFR Part 1610 (flammability of clothing textiles) – Class 1 (normal flammability)

  • FTC Textile Fiber Products Identification Act – fiber content, country of origin, manufacturer

  • FTC Care Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 423) – permanent care instructions

  • CPSIA – for children's apparel (if applicable), lead and phthalate limits, tracking labels

  • California Proposition 65 – warnings for listed chemicals where applicable

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) protects consumers from unreasonable risk of injury from consumer products. If you experience any safety issue with our products, please report it to us and to CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov.
